Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of (the “Service”), an application that helps people find compatible flatmates and rooms. is operated from Switzerland; user data is processed and stored inside the European Union. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who can use <Brand />

You must be at least 16 years old to use . We collect a date of birth at signup and reject accounts that do not meet this requirement.

You must use your real first name (or a name you consistently go by) and a photo that shows you, not a logo, meme, or someone else.

Your account

You sign in with an email address and a one-time code; we do not store passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, photos, messages, and matches. Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g. abuse reports).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, dox, or discriminate against other users.
Post sexually explicit content, content involving minors, or content that violates someone's rights.
Misrepresent who you are, or what is being rented.
Use the Service to advertise commercial accommodation services, hotels, or short-term rentals.
Scrape, automate, or otherwise circumvent the Service's intended use.
Bypass safety features for the purpose of harassing or defrauding another user.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We may do so without prior notice in cases of urgent safety concerns.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, prompts, and messages you upload (“Your Content”).

You grant a limited, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, transcode, and otherwise process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where copies are retained in backups or as required by law.

Matches and meetings

is a discovery and communication tool. We do not screen, endorse, verify, or guarantee any user, listing, or rental arrangement. Any tenancy or rental agreement is strictly between you and the other party.

Before visiting a property or signing anything, take reasonable precautions: meet in a public place first, verify identity, do not transfer money before viewing.

Optional paid subscription

Some features are available only with a paid subscription, billed monthly by Stripe. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. The subscription auto-renews until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time through Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period is not refunded except where required by law.

If we materially change subscription features, we will notify you in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Reporting and moderation

You can report users, listings, photos, and messages from within the app. We review reports and take action ranging from a warning to permanent removal.

You can block another user at any time. Blocking removes them from your feed and prevents further contact.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued access poses a safety, security, or legal risk. We will notify you where appropriate.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that matches will result in a tenancy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) CHF 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the canton in which has its registered seat, except where consumer-protection law (Swiss or EU) grants you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
