Frequently asked

  • I can't log in

    Make sure you're entering the email you signed up with. We use a one-time code by email — check spam if it doesn't arrive, and try again after 60 seconds.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancel there; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

  • I want to delete my account

    Settings → Account → Delete account. This is permanent and removes your profile, photos, messages and matches. Export your data first if you want a copy.

  • How do I report a listing or a user?

    Open the profile → three-dot menu → Report. Pick a reason and submit. We review reports in order, usually within 48 hours.

  • I forgot which email I used

    Email us from any address you control — we can help you recover your account after verifying ownership.
